If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any of our services.
Our platform operates strictly as an Intermediary Technology Platform (under the Information Technology Act, 2000). We provide a bridge connecting individuals seeking legal counsel with independent legal professionals.
We are a technology company, NOT a Law Firm. We do not provide direct legal advice, nor do we partake in legal representation. The lawyers registered on our platform are independent practitioners, not our employees.

Advocates and Legal Professionals registering on our platform are bound by the following professional standards:
A. Mandatory Verification
You must possess a valid, active registration with the Bar Council of India (or respective state bar). Your account will remain inactive until your credentials (ID cards/certificates) are verified by our admin team.B. Professional Ethics
You must adhere strictly to the Advocates Act, 1961 and the Bar Council of India Rules. You shall not provide misleading advice, make false guarantees of case outcomes, or solicit clients in an unethical manner on the public forum.To maintain a clean and professional environment, the following actions are strictly prohibited on the public Legal Forum:
We reserve the right to delete any post or comment that violates these guidelines without prior notice.
For Clients: Any fees paid directly to the platform for booking a consultation slot are subject to our cancellation policy. If a lawyer fails to attend a scheduled paid consultation, you are entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule. However, fees negotiated and paid directly to the lawyer outside our platform are beyond our jurisdiction.
For Lawyers: Platform subscription fees (if applicable) are billed in advance. Refunds for subscription cancellations are processed solely at the discretion of the management.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account (Client or Lawyer) immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
